Sheldoncole is a 2 man band based out of Vancouver, BC. Sheldon, the lead band mate, reached out to me for help building a logo and visual aesthetics which aligned with his values.
I worked with Sheldoncole as their Brand Consultant and Designer to help them find their core values, how to visually express these values, and build a foundation of visual language which can evolve with their music.
Helped identify Sheldon and Nicholas' core values through brand identify exercises, such as archetypes, core value mapping, and mood boarding. Once we were done this process I began sketching and iterating many ideas eventually narrowing them down into three corridors. Each represented a different subset of their values.
Sheldon and Nicholas loved the Bold corridor, so I continued to expand the logo and visual language. I drew up some brand guidelines, different applications of the logotypes, and provided a series of media assets like profiles, banners, and business cards.
